How do I become a member of Stella Nicole Jewelry? To become a member, click on the profile image in the top right corner and click "Create An Account." We look forward to helping you add a little sparkle with the elegance of our jewelry!

 

Orders & Shipping

 

Will I get an order confirmation and/or tracking number? Yes, once you have completed your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order has shipped you will receive an email containing a tracking number.

 

Can I check the status of my order? Yes, once you are a member of Stella Nicole Jewelry, you will click on your profile image in the top right corner and then click on "My Orders."

 

What payment methods are accepted? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

 

How long will it take to receive my order? All orders are shipped to a customer’s UPS verifiable home address via standard 4-7 day ground shipping. Due to COVID-19, effective March 24, 2020, UPS has suspended their Service Guarantee for all shipments originating from the United States.

Can I be notified when an out-of-stock piece is restocked? At this time, we do not have restocking notifications.

 

I made a mistake in the shipping address, can I change it? Please email stellanicolejewelry@yahoo.com as soon as possible after purchasing an order to correct the mistake.

 

Can I have more than one shipping address or payment method for my order? Only one mailing address and one payment method is accepted per order.

 

What shipping carrier should I look for in receiving my jewelry? All Stella Nicole Jewelry orders will handmade and delivered via UPS. Look for the Rose Gold Bubble Mailer :)

 

Is there a way to get my order faster? Please email stellanicolejewelry@yahoo.com to discuss expedited shipping options.

 

Do you ship internationally? Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time but hope to in the future.

 

Repairs, Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges

 

One of my pieces of jewelry was damaged, can I get it repaired? If you have an item needing repair, please email nicole@theadoraelainejewerly.com with a clear photo of the damaged piece and we will work with you to provide a solution.

 

Can I return a purchased piece of jewelry and get a refund? We do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene and safety standards. All other pieces of jewelry must be shipped back via UPS within 7 calendar days of receiving your package in order to receive a full refund. Mail any jewelry returns, along with your receipt and inside original packaging, inside a bubble mailer to 24165 Ih-10 West, Ste 217406, San Antonio, TX 78257. Refunds will only include the original price of the jewelry purchased and the sales tax. Please allow 4-14 business days from receiving your returned order for your refund to post to your account. Contact me at stellanicolejewelry@yahoo.com to receive a free return postage label.

 

Can sale items be returned? Marked down items are not eligible for returns or exchanges and are considered Final Sale.

Can I cancel my order? There is no option to cancel an order. Instead, you would need to ask for a refund on your order. Contact before item has shipped out in order to receive a full refund that includes shipping cost.

Can I exchange a purchased item? We currently do not accept exchanges at this time. Instead, you would need to ask for a refund on your order and then purchase the item you would like.

 

Promotions, Discounts, & Gift Cards

 

How do I add a promo/discount code to my order? After you have completed your shopping, prior to checking out, view your order in the shopping cart and look for the “enter a promo code” button. Click on that and enter in your valid promo code (only one code may be applied per order) and click apply. If code is valid, the order total will change to show the new price which will include the discount. For any questions or problems, please email stellanicolejewelry@yahoo.com

 

Does Stella Nicole Jewelry offer any sales promotions? Sales promotions are emailed out to site members or will be advertised on the website. Sales promotions happen during specific dates and times (as shown in promotion details) and cannot be used on past purchases, gift card purchases, sales tax, or shipping charges. Only one sales promotion can be used per order.

 

Do you offer gift cards or e-gift cards? Currently, we do not offer any gift card options but hope to offer in the future.
