Suggested guidelines (measure before you order):

Wrap a flexible tape measure around your wrist bone so all of the tape measure touches your skin.

For close fit, add 1/4 inch

For relaxed/loose fit, add 1/2 inch

For example, if wrist size measures 6.25 inches, order 6.5 for a close fit and 6.75 for a relaxed fit.
